Transformation of Services in Tegalroso Village: Administrative Procedure Banner Innovation for Residents

Tegalroso Village, Parakan District, Temanggung Regency (01/08/2024), has installed a banner outlining the administrative service procedures at the Village Head Office. Although administrative services are an integral part of village office operations, many residents of Tegalroso Village still do not fully understand or often make mistakes in following procedures, resulting in delays in service delivery.

At the Village Head Office in Tegalroso, there was an issue with the lack of information regarding the administrative service process. To improve public services, it became necessary to provide information on procedures for handling documents such as certificates, referrals, and declarations. This information aims to help the community understand the steps involved in processing documents and avoid errors. UNDIP Community Service Program (KKN) Team II collaborated with Tegalroso Village to enhance public services by providing written information on administrative service procedures. Prior to implementing this program, coordination with village officials was conducted to ensure the program met expectations.

The development of the Administrative Service Procedure was carried out after obtaining permission and conducting initial coordination with the village authorities. The banner containing written information on the administrative service procedure was installed at the Tegalroso Village Office as directed by the village officials.

The program aims to provide residents with clear information, reduce barriers to understanding service procedures, and assist those who are unfamiliar with the administrative process. Additionally, the program supports Tegalroso Village in improving public service delivery to its residents.
